I don't object to capital punishment, if in fact it is beyond a shadow of a doubt that the person is found guilty and what I mean by that is the individual is caught red handed by several witnesses. Yet, as it operates in our current system where only those who can afford the very best of lawyers can find justice and those who aren't able to cannot then I believe we should put this all on hold until we find a better method of discovering truths rather than coming to a conclusion.

@reymatt76 I remember the Harris case well, and personally, the more that bastard suffered, the better! Firing squads are by far, the quickest (and one of the cheapest) methods going. Try getting that done here in this "Liberal hotbed" of CA. and you'd have people screaming bloody murder (pardon the pun) how "inhumane " it is. They even stopped lethal injections over a year ago because some nurse couldn't find the guy's vein, hence "cruel & unusual punishment". I love CA, but HATE its politics.
