@KatiKosta i assume it's rather tricky to make a good tutorial, as the only option he has is to play it slowly. as long as you're able to read music sheets, go to imslp . org. IMSLP stands for International Music Score Library Project. there is a huge load scores of classical pieces to find, inclusive some transcriptions for other instruments.

Sure, it's fast, but it's not TOO fast. The only criticism I can come up with is don't rely so much on the sustain as much. Apart from that, very beautiful :)

Only thing I did not like was the vibrating echos of the notes mixing up.

I'd like to be able to appreciate each individual note played, but the echo makes it hard to distinguish them apart...

Tis video, well played, thoughtully interpreted. imho,no pedal at all and if you go to imslp you can download a copy of Bach's own handwritten score. In it you will see the bow markings, which are in my view, mandatory phrasing for the piece (no pedal for clarity), and i frankly can't hear it played any other way than the way our friend, JS has phrased it. Rostropovich (the man from headquarters) for dynamics!

Nicely done. I don't know what Bach had in mind for tempo ( I see Yo Yo Ma and others playing it rather quickly, and assume they must have the inside information,) but I think this would be quite nice played at a slower, more legato tempo-or certainly with some tempo give and take.

If I knew the high interest this would trigger, I would certainly study it some hours and play it better (mainly, slower in some parts :-). He gives a lot of good advice about how to play this music. Your perfomance is great, I can see feelings coming out from the keys.

i agree with Carmilla, the tempo was a teeny bit too fast for me, but everyone hears the song differently, and considering you're playing the piano as opposed to cello, you basically mastered it.

you should do tutorials, this is really great.

I always LOVED the build up in the ending of the song, and you did it really well, built it up real loud and fell back down gently and slowly. Loved it.
