Sounds sick if gas wasnt so expensive id definetly buy a vr6 or 1.8t but unfortunantely im going to have to settle for a TDI which isint bad either just slow lol

@Kenny407 although the window sticker specs say otherwise, my 12v vr6 is capable of upwards of 30mpg on the highway. prob the mid-20s avg. not bad for a non-conventional engine design. and the 1.8t is even better. i wouldnt go writing these off just yet.

the ride height is okay i put a 2 inch drop on mine with those wheels and it looks sick now only downfall is the oil pan i 4 inches off the ground.

first of all you jetta needs to be a vr6 to sound like this..second put a techtonics tuning exhaust from mjmautohaus . com and a cold air intake thats all i have.

hell yea I remember you I was a little jealous when you got that car because blue is my fav. color in on a jetta. I got it from mjmautohaus . com I think its like 415 or something like that its well worth it. Another good one is AWE I think they are more expensive not sure but techtonics tuning from that website is the best bang for the buck its not too loud like magnaflow and not too expensive.

Im probably gonna go with the tt exhaust i love the way it sounds and its not so loud i cant talk in the car anymore. The Awe is super expensive and dont really like the magnaflow to much its a bit loud.

yaaa i recently did research and learned the vr6 was actually a v6... o well..... thx for replyin, in my opinion u have the sickest sounding vr6 jetta ever. good job on it!

name VR6 comes from a combination of V engine (German: V-Motor), and the German word "Reihenmotor" (meaning "row engine" or straight engine).

The configuration can also be described as a "staggered six V6 engine requires two separate cylinder heads, whereas the VR6 needs just one cylinder head, like an inline or straight engine

RCs are cool but keep the montes and get some nice coilovers and you'll be happy. aristos are heavy. they look great though
