I thought it was very compelling. The rhythm of camera, the choreography and the score kept us moving inside the story. It was also great to see Ryan dance again.
Martha Graham said the body does not lie. In your film the bodies of the characters reveal interdepencence and independence through their sharing and rejecting of body weight. Setting the work in the tight spaces of a home provided a context for gestural language that in another, more open setting might have appeared mundane.
