  • @ParrallaxMedia your bodytype must be ectomorph that sucks you have a downside you can burn fat easy without doing shit but you cannot gain muscle as easily so you were built to run not to lift your a hard gainer so when doing exercises most people take an hour in the gym to get done with you have to work twice as hard to gain any muscle or you will just burn it off.

  • It does not get rid of the fat, it tones the muscles. If there is too much fat on the belly, u will not see ur abs, u will just see some slight changes but that's pretty much it. Get rid of the extra fat and see the abs are there :)

  • oh my days everytime a guy says the flex belt doesnt work it does, yy have to have low body fat percentage like me im 4 stone 2 pounds. I have like no fa on me, and when the flex belt is on i can actually see it contracting my muslces. and the flex arsm works like a charm

  • if you dont run and eat right, this wont work for you. you cant just expect to get washboard abs from using this alone and doing nothing... I saw noticeable results in my upper abs and obliques and never did any ab exercises at all. just used this belt. but I also ran everyday too. . and ate healthy. this product is not for the lazy... it really isnt...

  • If it's not working on someone that's in some form of condition it sure isn't going to work for that Joe that is 50#s or more overweight. Thanks for posting your video...I was looking for actual reviews that weren't paid by the company. Many of us want that washboard without sacrificing our favorite foods or treats and not having to do too much excercise. There is just no easy way of getting there....like they say "No pain no gain!"

    Funny thing is... you really don't need to go through "pain" to get a six pack. YOU DON'T. Now, if you want to grow your ab muscles, or any muscle for that matter, than yeah... pain is gonna hit you hard. However to get a six pack all you need to do is clean up your diet and do cardio. Caloric deficit + Cardio = Six Pack. No joke. It's that simple. Companies DO NOT want the average person to know this. It would KILL them.

  • @rminitials yeah but youd get that ugly skinny six pack instead of the six pack you see on tv, you need to grow your abs then tighten them through workouts.

  • well tbh you arent exactly fat. your in good shape. the belt is more of a "get yourself to the point where u wont hurt yourself doin situps" thing. thats how they get away with advertizing it.
