This video was very helpful. Thanks wwwcnncn for posting! My phone is back together and working fine. Just need to point out that there might be issues re-adhering some pcs as you need to pry parts from the original adhesive.
This is such a great video! Thanks, it really helped me changing my BB Torch housing to a white one! But I still have a slight problem and question to make. What about the connection wire of the keypad. It doesn't come with the new housing and it seems to be stuck to the previous/old housing. What should I do?
How can i also change the call green back and end red button underneath the screen. I was changing the digitizer and messed up a ribbon cable. Please help. I have ordered a membrane flex keypad.
Enough, if you do it like in this video, the chance is big to ruin your phone. Normally special gloves are used to reduce the chance of an static electric pulse destroying the mainboard. When changing the caps of the BlackBerry, your factory warranty will also stop because there are stickers on the inside that get scratched when removing the caps. Showing the fabricant that you have (dis)assembled the phone. Very stupid to try this at home.
Hi, if i only want to change the keypad (the one with the letters and numbers). Do i have to take all the things off ? Thanks
