When I play PT, I don;t even touch Charizard. He's really bad compared to the other two.

Yeah, he heavy and fast, but his glide recovery sucks, he's a huge target, and his tilts aren't up to par with the others, especially Ivysaur.

ivysaur has a good f tilt, but char's tilts rape. squirtles suck they have no range

But they do come out like lightning. Char's only bad tilt is his Utilt, though. Ivysaur's Dtilt is pretty bad. All of squirtle's are great, except for that they don't have much range.
