i don't know about politics because you'd think they would lean twds letting australia into the team final...but there was definitely some bizarre judging going on!
True, but Australia imploded themselves out of team finals, they very much under-performed with disastrous errors on vault as well as key mistakes on BB by Slater/Skinner.
The judges seem way generous on VT for the Spanish team, but on BB they were very harsh. I wonder if there was some politics going on, hmm.
