I have a question. I have been working out in a "bootcamp" class for 6 weeks 4x a week and have been eating excellent. I have not lost any weight and I need to lose like 40lbs. Im getting frustrated. How long do you have to use this to see results. I know its like 40 for 12 and that would be a 6 day supply. Id appreciated your input.
