@menow11 Even though you do more damage when the Master Emerald is out, the damage count is still random. That's probably why you did a lot of damage on your first shot and a smaller amount of damage on your second shot.
if eggman reveals the master emerald and you don't have enough mp to use purple vortex,use your remaining 410 SP TO LAUNCH TRIPLE SHOTS.THEY INFLICT 700-950 DAMAGE WHEN EGGMAN REVEAL THE EMERALD.
@kttandon That's a good tip. I used all my SP first, so I wasn't able to do that. I never tried using Purple Vortex first, but since you would be using both Purple Vortex and Triple Shot the same amount of times, I guess the boss fight would still end with a victory. I'll be sure to give it a shot.
Remember, what I put in the description is simply my way of winning the battle. Everyone has their own strategy, so I'm sure there are several other ways to win.

After I used the Fira move, I only had about 30 MP left. Since the Healer move costs only 25 MP, I had just enough MP to use Healer one more time.

why don't you try to use your EP only on triple shot??
I try it and I won over EGGMAN saving 70MP,
I waste only my MP to heal myself when my HP is below 1800.
But I use protect in 1st turn....
Than to use your EP to both G. Beam and Triple Shot
and you use Purple Vortex for an extra damage if you
are running out of EP. . . . you will easily lose or win
but you only save 5 MP.
