I loved this game. DK is always awesome, Diddy rocked (literally), Tiny kicked butt, Lanky was...............Lanky, and Chunky was a brute with a girly instrument XD

I loved this game for N64. I hated the water levels the most becasue of those deformed starfish with eyes. Dx I always died becasue of them. My favorite place was I think that one area where you controlled day and night. I loved that place. :D

the game looks awsome though, probably some of the best graphics on the N64 and I allways love a collectémup... never played this, hope they put it on the Wii shop soon... I'm thinking of downloading DKC, since I never had a SNES I never played it either, is it worth 800points?

I reckon if this game hadn't come out after Banjo-Kazooie, it would've been deemed as revolutionary as the DK Country games were for the SNES.

I remember paying this game a lot years ago! =) It was a great game, but too bad they didn't make a sequal to it because stupid Micrsoft had to buy Rare so now Rare can't make new Donkey Kong adventure gamnes like these anymore on Nintendo consoles! =(

well, since Rare did'nt make the kind of profit Nintendo wanted them to, they decided to sell... and Microsoft, ofcourse, was interested... anyway, they are making awsome games on the 360 now, like Viva Pinata and Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

hmm.. I thought it was because Microsoft just thought Rare would be a valuable asset to their company so they decided to buy them out.

Anyways, Microsoft doesn't seem to even care about most of the good games that Rare makes for them like Viva Pinata and Banjo Kazooie. When I was watching e3 earlier this year, Microsoft was showing new games and their new avatar system, and towards the end they show the new Viva Pinata and Banjo games are are like "well.. here's some family games..."

I loved this game and i'd still be playing it today if my N64 wasn't broken... i wanna get a new one, mostly for this game... I'd say that i'm better than you but friends don't say things like that XD... So can't wait for this to come onto virtual console... i'll get it ASAP. O.O

@Justsomeperson660: Yes, it's actually my favorite N64 game. It requires the expansion pak though, so you'll need to get one if you don't have it already.
