you didnt gain much muscle, from march-june this year i went mad at the gym after watching JCVD training in kickboxer i was inspired but had lack of knowlage when it came to nutrients i was only eating 20g protein, 200g carbs and 1300 cals a day, i was 130lbs and 5.9ft when i started out and 142lbs when finnish in just 3 months work so its saying something if it took him that long to gain so little muscle, and dont try the way i did it because i felt like i was ganna pass out all the time.

Dude i gained 5 kg in a month.. i was 47 and aftr 4 months training i am 58. speed up buddy. and yes i didn't take supplements... also i am a vegetarian with a fuked up schedule.. and i smoke that shit too.

Try to do more chest and I don't know if you were doing legs but try to work them as well coz last thing you want is big upper and only a chicken leg lower also try some biceps and triceps I noticed you loved shoulders and latts so try change it up every now and then but other than that keep the protein coming after every workout and get good rest and you will be looking good
