I'd suggest starting on creatine, you bf% is great, now you need to put on more mass then cut later on. Look up bodybuilding bulking diet and adjust it to fit you some basic foods you should be eating: ground beef, eggs, ham, rice, pasta with sauce, steak, chicken etc. Keep it up bud!

  • i dont think people realize how impressive this is, you may not have bulked up like a body builder but "full body transformations" take years to complete and for one year, this is honestly very,very impressive.

  • you didnt gain much muscle, from march-june this year i went mad at the gym after watching JCVD training in kickboxer i was inspired but had lack of knowlage when it came to nutrients i was only eating 20g protein, 200g carbs and 1300 cals a day, i was 130lbs and 5.9ft when i started out and 142lbs when finnish in just 3 months work so its saying something if it took him that long to gain so little muscle, and dont try the way i did it because i felt like i was ganna pass out all the time.

  • Try to do more chest and I don't know if you were doing legs but try to work them as well coz last thing you want is big upper and only a chicken leg lower also try some biceps and triceps I noticed you loved shoulders and latts so try change it up every now and then but other than that keep the protein coming after every workout and get good rest and you will be looking good
