ARM processors are slower and really a UMPC isn't in class with a MID.

My guess is if you arm the ARM devices with the same size of RAMs as the x86 devices page load discrepancies wouldn't be as large.

Your demonstation is flawed all the ultra mobile devices dont compress the data so more information has to be loaded hense taking longer, opera mini is so compressed to fit on the mobile phone devices just like the Nokia E90 but considering there was only 5 seconds between them i think that makes the Samsung Q1 the best over all performance

huh? 'all the ultra mobile devices dont compress the data'. Obviously, the phones would be using a differnent browser made for the phone, so the compression thing has nothing to do with it...
this youtube article is about how long it would typically take to load gmail during typical use, taking everything into account
