@TheAnakin786 I don't know how you thought I said that. I was saying Tony Stark, with all of his flaws, was still a damn bright guy. In terms of technological and even general intelligence, Stark beats Rogers without a doubt. I'm not saying Cap America is dumb, he's just not of genius level intellect. However, Stark is only as powerful as his technology. After the serum was given to him, Rogers has effectively become a weapon himself. Both out of uniform, Captain could beat Iron Man easily.

and took the bullet in the shoulder instead. either way Red Skulls plan to creat a commotion/distraction/crowd frenzy worked.....

Who killed him is very confusing, lol. It basically comes down to the Red Skull brainwashing the chick that Cap is nailing, who shoots him. And Iron Man wanted superheroes to turn into cops (meaning they have to turn in they're identities, but Cap felt it was drastic and that it violated their Civil Rights. Ultimately, Iron Man wins, but some heroes go underground and continue to fight crime without "selling out" as Cap put it.
