This American Finn is quite accurate with a firearm, but I try to manage my hunts to get the animal close for a clean shot.

The second part is that it's really a joy to go hunting with your friends or with your dog, no matter what kinda hunting it is.. Moosehunting, duckhunting and so on.. I don't know nothing better than walking around the untouched forests (hopefully untouched) and hear dog barking and after all the situations, you may get a good shot and have a catch. And in a meantime you sit on a campfire, and after day gets over, drink some beer and have a good time.. you know.. Hunting.. God I love it.

@teles4life Aboriginals hunt like that to we get a few guys to go out in an area with either a camp road on it or a clear cut of a burnt out area and hydro lines and sometimes even a swamp or marsh...one guy walks thru the bush with dogs and the dogs bark at them and chase them out...we all communitcate with 2way radios..the most vital part im my opinion but its really a good experiance...

Hunting is an old tradition in Finland, yet these days maybe even more important for living than in "ol' good days", when people hunted for just living. Nowadays world and technique has developed so much, there are such things as cars, trains, motorcycle etc. Shooting moose prevents accindents, and still bout 50 000 shot moose aren't still enough in one autumn imo.. Last season I shot 2 moose. December 30. ; )

@teles4life Aboriginals hunt like that to we get a few guys to go out in an area with either a camp road on it or a clear cut of a burnt out area and hydro lines and sometimes even a swamp or marsh...one guy walks thru the bush with dogs and the dogs bark at them and chase them out...we all communitcate with 2way radios..the most vital part im my opinion but its really a good experiance...
