Taht's nothing to do with the direction you come from... Just where the winds come from. Whenn you always landet south heading, there must have been a wind coming from the south. planes always have to land and take off against the wind. it doesn't matter where they came from, or where they're flying to... e.g. you could have departed south heading altough you flew to the US! comprende?
This flight was coming from Newark International airport in New Jersey.

Haha, I know this approach, is VFR, i live in Santo Domingo, other side of the runway has ILS services, and we Dominicans love to cheer at landings.
