That's because the original Malygos 5-minute achievement required "class discriminitive strats" -- it was the only way to do it.
If you actually follow the link to the written strategy you'll see it's updated for the changes in the patch and says that you can bring any class composition you want now.
The upper left is Recount, the buff/debuff timers are Elk's Buff Bars.
If you want more information, google for "stratfu" and click on "Kyth's Addons" on the left sidebar (I can't give a url, sorry, youtube won't publish the comment.)

The question itself is if you were actually using Imovie or another programming software.
Cause I myself also use Imovie, but I'm quite poor with it and was interested to know how you add Icons like how you're showing those spells in your video. :x
I use final cut pro, but: the way I do those icons is I just add a jpg that is an image of the icon to my movie and then add movement etc. as appropriate.
How come you are frostfire in this video if you proved that arcane could do better dps? is it that frostfire is able to hold a stable mana pool? and arcane runs out too quick

Use the mod Mutilate Points (it's linked to on my stratfu site, mentioned in More Info) to see combo points. We suggest not actually having healers target individuals, and instead just AE heal constantly -- you can optimize it for your good healers by targeting others, but you can heal this fight just with straight AE heals if you want to.
