  • i love to bake and i use baking sheets and i was baking one day and i wanted wanted to use cookie cutters and i found used baking sheets ..... fact: baking sheets can be used 5-7 times plus for christmas i got a copper cookie cutter gingerbread man in my stocking!!!!(:

  • I made these for christmas and my brother loved them,,,he said on the way home back to indiana he ate about 4 of them,,,so this is going to be my chocolate chip cookie recipe ITS THE BEST! but I do have a problem with the baking time or maybe its just me it almost appears as if the cookies arent cooked all the way through,,so at times I bake them a little longer,,in hopes I dont burn them,,,but this is my favorate recipe,,thanks for sharing it,,

  • @Dolphindream15 I really feel that the right baking sheet really helps with cookies. I bought an insulated cookie sheet a couple of years ago and it really makes a huge differences with my cookies. They rarely burn now and you never get the center un-cooked and bottom burned phenomenon. Insulated basically means that there is an airspace between two sheets of metal.

  • Do you have exquisite filling recepies for those cakes? I mean, those like that do not need anything else, but I am not sure if always I have to fill the cakes even if those are like yours? I just start this hobby (fondant decorations) with my husband and people are asking us to make cakes for them, but I am so afraid to be unable to give them very exquisite cakes.

  • @themosqueters I've made fillings for cakes a couple of times (lemon once and a chocolate ganache once, but I'm afraid I don't have the recipes handy anywhere) You could certainly find some nice filling recipes on-line.

    I've never worked with fondant, I usually use buttercream.

  • I was checking all those incredibles cakes that you made and I just want to say thank you!! you know why?? because I decorated fondant cakes but I do not how to make a cake. I am using mix boxes but I do not feel completed. I just want to make special cakes for my special decorations. Now I have a lot of recepies and I am going to practice until I feel confortable making my own cakes from starch.

  • @themosqueters I make basic yellow pound cake when I make cakes that I plan on cutting and sculpting (to make shapes) because it is nice and dense and stays together well. I find box mixes to be too tender and crumbly for shaped cakes, but they are fine for square shapes.

  • I am watching your videosfor about 2 hours and I want more... lol, they are so good and easy to understand . I want to start tomorrow making one of those terrific recepies for my lovely husband and my little princess DeeDee. Honestly, I do not like to cook a lot, but you are inspiring me to do that. I can not wait until tomorrow.

  • @ohmygosh1614 Not all of Canada has milk in bags but Ontario does and a couple of other provinces. You can buy milk in cartons, but you can't find the gallon jugs, you buy a bag of milk with three of the smaller bags inside.

  • Those cookies look so scrumptious. I definitely have to get some cream cheese with my groceries this and give them a go. I've made other of baking/cooking recipes and they've been given the thumbs up by friends/family. I'm thinking these will be a big hit too. : )
