there is a fire plug-in called flame-fx, but you can also create fire using a gizmo and apply a fire effect to it/

i use max 7 and there is not any fire simulator in it

lol,you mean to say you know all the features of 3ds max eh? :D create->helpers->atmospherics-­>sphere gizmo in the click and drag,in the modifier list of it press 'add' choose 'fire effect' select effect in the field and click setup,in the shape field change it from fireball to tendril,change some values and youll have it just right the one shown here ^^ lol

the circular fire actually reminds me of water. u know when ur looking at it from underneath the water during the night. the rest looks like fire to me. great job! did u come up with this?
