I actually saw a video a year ago about the lousy design of the twin towers. A lot of reinforcement was left out so there could be more rooms. It was mostly vertical supports so yea.. when those get superheated and melt then the building will do what it did.

The only reason I can think of for suppression of this info is loss of life during the demolition, which will probably forever remain unknown. I'll search for that vid though

Fire fighters had been in the building for hours before the collapse and there were no explosives found.
