that's leaking at the join like mine, I think the Mira thread is one groove too short for some hoses.

I noticed the water leaking from the connection between the shower hose and the shower head. wrapping some Thread seal tape (aka teflon tape) around the thread of the shower head should fix that. I'll be ordering a Mira Eco shower head, and testing it out soon.
Thanks for your vid, it helped me to see the three spray settings.
