I use Caran d'Ache Supracolor soft colouring pencils. :)

I can't remember which particular colours I used for the skin. :D

It's just that I didn't have a scanner back then and I had to take a photo of it with my webcam. That's why the last picture is bad quality. :D

Oh, Hi!

Umm, I'm really bad at explaining things and the only thing I can say is that you have to practice a lot. That's what makes you better. There is no "right or wrong" way to draw, you just have to find the way that is the best for you. Try different techniques and use live references.

Bookstores should have some "drawing books" too. :)

I meant just like an apple or something. Even your friends can be your "references" (for example)

For Christmas a few years ago I go a 'How to draw Manga' book. I don't use it as often as I should, but it really, really helps. It tells you all about the proportions of characters and stuff. Maybe you should try and pick one of those books up ^.^
