  • love the dim chords moving up a minor third ending

  • Wonderful vibe. I love to hear energetic jazz guitar playing.

  • I'm pretty sure this is from his "Moonlight in Vermont" Album... and I could've sworn the sax player was Getz. Regardless, a great version of the standard.

  • This guy was the best "picker" ever until Pat Matheny came along. Look for his album "Moonlight in Vermont" , title song is his signature piece but also on the album, Jaguar is great.

  • Great artistry, energy, and skill. konidolfine, thanks for uploading this. 私はこの曲を提示したことを感謝しています。それは美しく、長持ちです。

  • 0:15 is where

  • Yes, Chet held him in the highest esteem. He also used to send him guitar transitions for Johnny to 'tune up'. Js is a genius. I had the privilege to speak to the late, great Chuck Wayne in NYC many years ago and he had pretty much the same opinion of Johnny. Imagine those endorsements!

  • zowie!!

  • @jaguarjaguarjaguarja yeah you could definitely say it was cool jazz, but definitely with elements of other styles as well due to the tempo and such

  • This is a great version of a Ray Noble classic.

    Thank you for sharing.
