what i do is it put sticky pistons through the hallway floor the side on the left is activated and the one on the right is too(the right side has soulsand) but isnt pushing cause my left sticky pistons are keeping from doing that so its not suspicis(spelling) then when he/she mines the mineral it makes the lft side untrigger and the soulssand replaces the stone and the arrow shoots and kills the griefer...full proof and tested

i expanded on it with the new pistons so in my server when you destroy that block stone will come out of the wall and then the arrow will shoot but it fires slower :(

Slight problem: Even if they were to continue digging straight ahead, they could just come back after the trap ran out of arrows, thereby making the trap ineffective.

Also, can you build traps into the sides, like in Indiana Jones?
