My approach tto the city police board informed the police of my intent to open a dispensary. We have a vussiness lisence now however we have no funds to put the secont prong of our society to work.
We have since put in security cameras s well have a Human Rights case pending. The police had to pay $7300 for my plants with an out of court settlement and no muzzel on me!
Thanks man we got $7.300 for the 18 plants cut in my home and no damage to me or my home. We currentaly have won half of another case over the By-Law Human Rights Case has been excepted.
We may kill the by-law and have it admended by Christmas

You can find out very easily if they were lying or not. Get your hands on the 911 centre records (likely through discovery in a lawsuit) and then subpoena TELUS records. See if they match. LOTS of "fake 911" cases have been thrown out once lawyers started asking to compare these records a couple of years ago.

Oh by the way, if you watch all of the parts of this set of videos you see that he lost over 20 plants and he lost the ability to grow some of the strians he was growing becuase the cops killed both the mother plant and the clones from the strain. Overall he said that he lost about 4 month's worth of medicine that he needs just to live his life.

That's whatI've been telling these numb nuts that want pot legal in the USA.
this guy was planning on selling most of it, and that's illegal. no different than the Mexicans. There will ne no taxs recovered from it. Now just think of the many thousands doing the samething. i know it hes just another ass who is commenting on something he has never tried or knows very little about, if your ok with beer and liqeur being legal then you have no argument about weed period, and if the guy wants people to pay taxes then it would first have to be legalized. i would gladly pay taxes on it if i could go to the store and pay 8 dollars for a pack of twenty joints just like tobacco. Its also cheaper and less harmful on the environment then producing alcohol or tobacco.

Because think about it, he is a LEGAL grower, so why would he decide to sell his medication illegally and risk persecution or, worst for him, losing his medicine. In addition, Dispensaries, pay an annual licensing fee that varies according from city to city along with the business tax of .1% on revenue.

You can find out very easily if they were lying or not. Get your hands on the 911 centre records (likely through discovery in a lawsuit) and then subpoena TELUS records. See if they match. LOTS of "fake 911" cases have been thrown out once lawyers started asking to compare these records a couple of years ago.
