Okay Im Khmer and I know how there is 2 sides to every coin. I hate the Khmer Rogues too but to hear it from thier side is just another way you can compare 2 seperate arguements. They say they weren't evil, that they were working under orders. Well you need to decide based on facts if all Khmer Rogues are Evil. My dad was found by a Khmer Rogue Once and they was just like You can Run, Go, but keep it on the downlow. So, in theory they are not all evil, just misguided. I still hate them though.

@jaejaegirl12 exactly..because of selfishness. they knew about it. a french priest was living in cambodia before and during the khmer rouge formed. he went back to france and wrote a book and told reporters/journalist about what was going on. but no one believed him. it also reached out to the united states. jim carter who was president at the time, signed a treaty that they would never allow a genocide to happen again. but apparently, they didn't even step foot there until the vietnam war.

Cambodia must overcome this tragedy that pol pot had done. Pol pot and khmer rouge are not the only one that's behind all the plots and murdered of innocent Cambodian. We must educate ourselves and the young generation to be aware what is happening to our country. So maybe in the future hope will be in our side.
