It takes an act of congress to lift marijuana as a schedule 1 drug. It became a schedule one years ago because the government didn't understand what it actually was. Once they did make marijuana a schedule 1 drug, they realized Oh shit, but now to remove the schedule 1 it takes an act of congress to do so, and who is in congress? The old people who still don't understand marijuana and don't believe that marijuana is not addictive. There have been 0 deaths worldwide due to this "schedule 1 drug"

Hey everyone not sure if you've heard but this supposed December 25th ban on 018 and 073 hasn't even gone into effect yet. 200+ incense companies have some lawyers fighting the DEA. It's being held up. Read some research chemicals forums and you'll see.
K2 is a nasty little drug. The side effects are increased heart rate, nausea, hallucinations, sweats, the list goes on. The reason for the ban on this is because the kids are mostly using it. As for Marijuana, it should be regulated and taxed and used for medical purposes. The law will change soon and it will be available for consumption (Like Alcohol) with in the next 10 years.

I know probably 80 percent of our population and they all get high at least here and there. Once every 6 months is good for you.

After doing some research I found out this stuff comes from china, is unregulated and nobody knows exactly what chemicals are in it. Does anyone see a similarity between this a prohibition? Alcohl was made illegal, and therefore unregulated. Just becuz its illegal doest mean people arent going to consume. People began making their own alcohol (which can alone be dangerous) and alot of alcohol had horrible substances added to increase "potency". one of the most known was embalming fluid. The government has been steering us from bad to worse for years, as it made certain amphetimines unavailable, then made precursor materials harder to obtain, leaving inexperienced manufacturers scrambling to use anything as they pursued the almighty dollar at the street consumer's expense. Not justifying habitual conduct, but we live in the real world, and drug use is here forever by willing partakers. It might be safer for everyone if we reformed the drug laws, and loosened the penalties a tad.

K2 is a nasty little drug. The side effects are increased heart rate, nausea, hallucinations, sweats, the list goes on. The reason for the ban on this is because the kids are mostly using it. As for Marijuana, it should be regulated and taxed and used for medical purposes. The law will change soon and it will be available for consumption (Like Alcohol) with in the next 10 years.

@KripDrip Most smokers don't vote. Either out of laziness or because they're felons. You'd be surprised how many people and types of people smoke marijuana. Here where I'm at... I'd say about 80 percent of us have tried it and about 30 percent of us use it daily. Thats probably an underguestimate, but at least 80 percent of our population is pro marijuana. I know probably 80 percent of our population and they all get high at least here and there. Once every 6 months is good for you.
