I dont smoke, but i dont understand why its illegal. It is a plant not some syntheticlly made chemical that is concentrated down into a pill or powder. If it was legal 80 % of the people who smoke would most likely abuse it more then they do now because they dont know the word moderation. The average smoker is not as bright as the normal person. so they would not be smart about there usage. Now underground things are a little different. I causes different habits than if it were legal. The social setting is darker. habits would be much cleaner if it were legal. You would not have "pot heads" if you knew how to use properly. Education goes a long way, which most users are not. They have gotton their social norm from other kids

I do agree with you, for instance my past friends who started smoking in highschool were not dumb, but as of now they are mainly from smoking. They think that not having an education is funny. It seems as thought they think it is alright to live a poor life. They have thrown thier lives away because of marijuana. It is sad when i ask them what they want to do with thier lives and they say they could care less as long as they can smoke, and even worse is they have the choice to stop but wont.
