Not one that has an audio overlay that dampens the song so that you can barely make out the differentiation in notes.  I don't think the Arctic Monkeys are bad and it is wrong to compare them as they come from two completely different genres. In addition Dir en Grey is not a emo band.

Dir en greys are way more intricate if you compare singers vocal ranges. Kyo wins by a long shot.
