To do a conchairto you need to have the Hardcore fighting Style

When they facing down the mate, hold X

(for PS2) or whatever is the hit button

You will then place the chair under there head. Grab another, then Hold X and you will smash there head in

To Helicopter with a Ladder (Place it on your shoulder and spin around)

Push down R3 (For PS2/3) or whatever your version of that is...
