  • thanx for sharing cheers

  • Not only can Joe play very elegantly but he also looks very stylish. Plus no matter what anyone else sais Carmine Rojas kicks butt as well.. Already loved him with Bowie. Thank god for super Joe.

  • damn.... truly touching ;(

  • This man may eclipse hid influences.... What a great performer and humble person.

  • THE KING OF GUITARS!!

  • Nice tone, similar to Eric Jhonson tone. He changes band members alot

  • @SparkDog727 The past few years his band as been the same, other then doing BCC. I think he has finally found his group of people.

  • This young man has the potential to be a legend. He's brilliant, his playing so exact and the sound refined. Look at some of his older videos, the genius is there.

  • There's a lot of fusion here, starting with the blues obviously. I'm not a musician but I appreciate wonderful music. This is wonderful music that is so intelligent to begin with. Makes you sit up and listen close to every note.

  • Around the time When Jeff healey Passed on I heard Sloe gin by this Guy and Never looked back Music is still alive and Well.

  • this is my favorite song

  • He is one of the BEST in the world. We are helping by posting these to those who NEED to hear his music : )

  • No dislikes; that takes a lot of talent to ward off haters especially in this day and age. Honestly, John Mayer is my shit, but I really do enjoy Joe B. He's got some good stuff.

  • holy shit, this guy IS the blues

  • this guy is a monster

  • Yes, Joe does have some similar licks as Eric Johnson, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Rory Gallagher, BB King, Peter Frampton, Billy Gibbons, plus countless others. He draws from all his influences.

  • gracias joe por tanta magia!

  • look sorry but i just tuned in the othernight and never hear of joe, as i now live in sweden but he was playing ---cradle rock--from rory gallagher. is there a dvd of joe at albert hall...................????

  • @anthonyinne yeah, really good.

  • @anthonyinne

Yes, there is a "Live at Royal Albert Hall" That joe played in may of 2009 I think. It is SPECTACULAR

  • fuking MONSTER

  • Wow was he influenced by Eric Johnson?

I hear quite a bit of Eric in this song, not to take away from Joe though, he's fucking incredible.

  • @Fendershred50

Ya, I immediately thought of EJ's song "Friends" when hearing this one for the first time

  • hey guys, thanks so much for your support. Please go to the Official Joe Bonamassa YouTube Channel and subscribe!

  • I cannot believe it, but Joe is still getting better and better. What an amazing song and performance. Joe can destroy a guitar from one end to the other, but then he can drop something like this on you the very next song. The taste, delicacy, power and emotion of these lead sections are phenomenal. And his voice just keeps getting better too. Thanks for posting this song, or I would have had to do it myself. My full DVD of Joe's Royal Albert Hall performance is on the way. Thank you, Joe!

  • It is very interesting to see him through the years. When he was little, natural, he was just raw talent. Now days he has matured and gotten even better, becoming the true guitar master jedi xD

  • I am melting

  • anyone notice the drummer flip his stick at 3:40?

  • @schicksta1

Had to do it... it's a two sided stick, mallet on one end, tip on the other.

  • As guitarist Joe is on top, no doubt. But as a singer? Listen to 1:15...

  • @palme81262 Personally I feel that controlling your guitar playing is a lot easier live than controlling your voice, plus I've seen many great singers pull some very bad notes in their day!

  • @AdamW69612 , you are right, - and Joe does always take the full risk singing, -

no faking digital voice controllers - that might honour him...

  • ich war auf seinem Konzert in tutlingen. Unglaublich was der drauf hat an der gitarre.

  • I've seen Joe but I can't decide between Joe and jeff Healey Oh what the hell both brilliant.

  • that phrasing is better than anyone.

  • Joe definitely has the blues and knows what it is like to have your heart stomped on and kicked around.

  • He is too good for the public not to know him. Cant believe the garbage that is well known but a master like this is almost anonymous except us who know him. The world needs to know of him so his talent is shared by all.

  • @timlrose for what it's worth though...they guy just recorded a live DVD to a PACKED house at Royal Albert Hall. an "Unknown" would not have been able to do that. If I played there, like 4 people would show up just out of curiosity. So...while he isn't "mainstream" he certainly isn't "unknown"

  • @timlrose i am a middle school music teacher, and in 6th grade we do a unit on joe. mozart wasn't the only child prodigy the world has seen!

  • @timlrose I doubt they could ever appreciated him the way either of us would like.

  • @timlrose You are absolutely right !! Absolutely!

  • La canción pa buena, mi favorita esta semana lejos.

  • awesome song awesome man nd love the bassist big influence off this guy but way too much kick in this recording lol

  • Joe sounds like someone different in every song. His diversity is his biggest strong suit. I saw him in concert recently, and he used I would guess around 15 different guitars,.

  • One of the few guitarists that I have seen play the guitar not the guitar playing him. Typical Joe brilliance. And I agree I hear very little SRV in Joe.

  • love that solo awesome!

  • f yea dude wow

  • Awesome song. He is amazing live!

  • i absolutely love joe bonamassa but i think of stevie ray vaughn every time i hear him

  • Funny, one of the things i I like about Joe is how I DON'T hear SRV when Joe plays.

  • @DelSpaarky Agreed, while he does incorporate a lot from the great blues masters into his music, he has no doubt carved out his own place and own sound in the world of blues.

  • @DelSpaarky i always think he plays like gary moore and sings like SRV... and what a combo that is.... having said that, he doesn't really sound like SRV in this particular song

  • @DelSpaarky totally agree with you !!!!

  • @DelSpaarky Can you explain what is SRV?

  • @YMastersWRC: Stevie Ray Vaughan

  • @YMastersWRC

My apologies, I just saw your question. "SRV" = Stevie Ray Vaughn.

  • @DelSpaarky We're not talking about the same thing buddy:P they re the greatests.. in their stuff

  • Those licks and phrasing at 5:30 are absolutley disgustingly amazing.

  • Thank you so much for taping and sharing all these songs! Joe's definitely amazing, seeing him live is always absolutely stunning.

  • superb vid... JB King <3

  • Absolutely gorgeous! :) Great quality video Alrunerod. Thanks so much. :)
