I love that bass guitar's sound! What make/model is it?

@Alpeche21 It's a Gibson, it cost me $1600 secondhand, and all I know is it was made in the year 2000. It has two humbuckers but I only use the bass(neck) pickup. The pickups are not active but do have a very high output(much louder than my other basses!)
