a new paint job would make it look brand new again. that's a nice skyline.

The aftermarket fender flares already hurt the originality value of the car far more than a new paint job would. And since Japanese Metallurgy and paint techniques of the 60's and 70's was of some of the lowest ever quality, I seriously doubt that's the original paint anyway.
