  • Very nice bike. Those fuel filter's look good , Have they got a paper element in them ? Ive been wondering how to mount my camera , This look's like a great idea , But i agree with you about extra belt and braces . The camera seem's to work well in this position. The bike sound's great by the way. All the best.

  • they contain a kind of filter like you would find in a fishtank filter.

  • O.K. Thank's. I know the kind you mean. Cheer's.

  • Nice one Roadrocket, enjoyed that, bike sounds and looks great, where did you get the rear sets from, hoping to put some on mine soon.

  • Looks like your local roads are as lousy as California's! Nice ride...

  • its nice to see a ride down secondary roads in the summer time , sure do miss the uk at times dave

  • little bit out their this is cork ireland.

  • Great action and a clever mount.

  • Hi Chris, that looks like the exact same clamp/tripod I use. Very handy little gadget! I have two and two small cameras so am experimenting with different camera angles.

What camera are you using? With my Xacti, I found wind noise to be a problem but I covered the mic up with some Sellotape (Scotchtape, whatever) and that fixed the problem. The more layers of tape, the less noise you get. Very technological!

When wind gets directly into the mic thats when most noise distortion happens.

  • hi peeteey the cam i am using is my friends sony handicam so i have to be a bit careful wherei mount it for fear of smashing it plus their is not to many places to mount it on the rocket.

  • What a treat, thanks!

  • love it!!

  • i think i have it sussed out now.

  • Excellent, very good camera adjustments...not a completely hands free camera clamp then!! Linda :)

  • We get the same problem with wind noise over 30 mph, we're trying recording the sound with another device mounted behind the rider and then putting the the two together. Anth.

  • Wheeee!!

That was fun...I kept thinking "what's wrong with this?", and then realised you people drive on the wrong (I mean left) side of the road!

    Thanks for the ride!

  • Care for a ride on the pillion.

  • I'll be right over!
