Nose surgery is also very common and that has a lot to do with how insecure Koreans feel when looking at Westerners. I actually had a lot of Korean friends tell me that they thought Korean noses were ugly and wanted to have a Western nose. It made me sad because I don't think that way and I'm a Westerner.
