@toix48 when i was little i would go one cement or hard ground and just practice keeping it up and when it fell i would just let it bounce and keep going. theres not much to it. it takes time; it took me about 2 months to reach 500 when i was 12

How to improve my number of kicks? Everytime I kick the ball I do it with my laces and the ball gets crazy backspin. I try practicing quite often for several minutes, but I cant juggle in more than 20 times with the backspin. What am I doing wrong and how to kick the ball without the stupid spin? Any tips, please?

@Dzastynas try not to curl your foot. Keep it fairly flat and raise you leg to meet the ball and eliminate backspin

im sry, but to my this is sad that kids their age which im guessing 9 - 13 ish looking kids cant keep the ball up for at least 2 hits and have to lift the ball and drop it, ok im not american but i live in the us, these 2 kids have to lift it up, its not their fault, i kinda blame it on coaches, not all but some suggest using hands for begginners, that becomes a bad habbit for them and they wont want to learn or to start juggling without ur hands, teach them with their feet, they will be better
