I agree with a lot of what you say but can you explain again why omnipotence demands omniscience? Being all powerful does not necessarily demand being all knowing unless I am missing something.
well, you could argue that, if you can do anything, this includes that you can KNOW anything. personally i do not use this argument very often because it does not make too big a case, so don't put too much emphasis on it.
