Maybe. I mean, if you can learn it.... then there has to be a time when you can utilize it.... even if it is during the warmup before the game.... and you can use it to look like you are Flash.... intimidation...

I don't see why not... although I'm not sure it would be beneficial as in hockey it is about maneuverability, not speed over distance...

no you cant really, its for hard speed, not for getting faster, for distances under 50meters its not really usefull i think

Constat > Aprés la poussée ramener trés rapidement sa jambe en évitant une trop grande flexion !
4:41 On constate que sa roue de devant décolle à peine du sol et se déplace pratiquement à l'horizontal du sol !!!
C'est énorme pasq perso j'ai toujours pensé qu'il fallait lever le pieds assez haut (flexion) comme pour armer la détente (extension)...
