    "It's over stylized."

    LMAO! This is brilliant!

  • Who's this slag on my manor trying to tell me what makes a good film? LEAVE IT AAARRT YOU MUPPET!

  • Thank you, Kevin. Cash for a movie coming your way soon, I am sure!

  • This is amazing!! I agree 100%

  • Pure genius!

  • Is that Kelly from Misfits?

  • @xDrickk it isn't but I double took as well.

  • @xDrickk No its not its me.

  • 3:26 took me ages to realise the car isn't even real lol

  • Brilliant.

  • Loved this.

  • "no I won't" ahaha

  • amazing :)

  • Too true mate thanks

  • loved this - Not having any funding for my 'alternative' work, I so understand this... ;-)

  • half accurate, half very weak satire

  • Smashed it Kevin! great idea, sick execution, really funny, nuff said. Best of luck to you mate

    .

  • Absolutely bang on! The rest of cinema needs a similar kick up the ass.

  • Oh and "whats all this room above my head for?" ( Great Line )...

  • I think it was treated really well, good dialogue and great plot...and oh so True.....

SHOULD KEVIN CURTIS DIE?? Nah give him a budget...

  • Went on too long.

  • should do a film about the real financial global criminal gangsters.

  • Funny and cool good angles and I like low budget British films myself

  • awesome!!

  • YES! THANK YOU!

  • Bravo!

  • Too funny, bit like Rage Against the Machine fans thinking they are solving world poverty.

  • LOVE IT!!! :)

so true, not just for the UK, but for the rest of the world too!!!

  • "Why's there so much space over my head?" - Great line :)

  • 1:58

  • Bloody brilliant! xD

  • Great video haha, british films like Kidulthood, Shank, Green Street and all those other typical cockney gangster/chav life movies don't interest me in any way what so ever. Thank god for british filmmakers like Danny Boyle and Shane Meadows.

  • @AJedProduction danny boyle did trainspotting, that's almost gangster. i don't think danny boyle and shane meadows are all that different to the directors being parodied here

  • @slampants Sure they've done their own take on those type of films as well, nothing wrong with that, it's not like every film that fits into the stereotype that's being parodied in this video are bad, there are some great films aswell, it's just there's too many of them and most don't ever try anything fresh or different.

  • @AJedProduction yeah i understand that and agree, there's too many bad films being influenced by the release of good films in all genres across the board. too many fatcats wanting to capitalise on trends and the success of others. kidulthood, shank and green street are all very different, green street being the worst, very hollywood-ised i just don't think you gave great examples i guess.

  • @slampants Trainspotting is "almost gangster"? In what way? There isn't a single gangster in that film. It's about unemployed drug addicts in Scotland, not gun-toting criminals in England.

  • @padraic2001eire begby could be seen as a gangster character, plus he's involved in a football firm. they all partake in organised crime as a group, ie stealing the t.v from the old peoples home, hence why i said "almost gangster" gave myself some leeway haha

  • This parody is far too subtle

  • Well done!

  • Was this filmed in Leicester?

  • I never thought of it that way, but I think I have fallen into the same trap with a new social issue.

  • the two black guys were on an estate in the elephant and castle innit?

  • Genius indeed ....

  • Genius. FAcebooked to faakin ell and back blud.

  • Guns and tits!

  • DROIVIN ARAHHND hahahaha

  • Um...amazing!

  • BRILLIANT!

  • spot on

  • Good work Kevin. Keep at it mate.

  • YOU, SIR, ARE A GENIUS!

  • Absolutely brilliant! I have a horrible feeling that I just made one of these films.

  • SPOT ON!

  • Very Good Well Done

  • This is fantastic; not to mention true as hell.

  • That's not fair. They did that one about the posh bloke with the stutter.

  • Its pretty funny. But why waste time and resources making a parody when you could be addressing the very situation you mock, and make a film that you believe in yourselves? You clearly have access to everything you need to make a film, so why not be constructive?

  • "No I won't...!"

  • BTW Luke - this is Andy former Dirty UK, Crown and Goose and Mayfield resident - funnily enough I am now at Film School!!!

  • Luke!! Great to see you on the Big screen mate!! Love this

  • DRIAAAAVIN ARAAAANDD

  • superb! I was going to make something similar myself, but you've hit the nail right on the head :-)

  • need decent actors to carry off irony! this is not good enough but nice try

  • as a low budget UK filmmaker, trying to make original and interesting work but relying on Government funding, with one zombie and one social injustice film under my belt already, I heartily concur with this ironic and entirely spot on pisstake on the UKFC.

  • Does rather batter us over the head with the message that British gangster films batter us over the head with messages

  • MOAR tits!!!

  • i love ya

  • Genius.

  • open nicked

  • you tubed's facking mugged me off.

  • I'm a young black filmmaker, and the hoodie parts killed me lool this is what i've been saying from timeeeeeeee.

  • 1:58 for the money shot.

  • And when Brit film makers take on lumberjacks, desert towns, ski resorts, spaceships and aliens taking cities you'll be able to say what's that go to with being British ...

  • Brilliant.

  • Awesome! Great work! Best thing I've seen in ages!

  • This has made my day. I love it. Kevin Curtis Rocks!!

  • Look at me. I'm a gangster and I love driving.

  • EXPOSED BOOBS ON YOUTUBE!!!

  • "why is there so much space over my head?"

  • @Kewen "It's over-stylized."

  • Haha brilliant!

  • Welcome to my world...you muppet!!

  • Great work

  • Love it, good use of the old stereotypes to say that the old stereotypes have had their day.

  • i give this 4 Danny Dyers out of 5.

  • @martrocksnuts 4 Danny's out of Dyer

  • Anyone e-mailed Guy Ritchie a copy of this?

  • @JohnLogieBaird take it you've not seen sherlock then? and lock stock and snatch we're pretty ahead of the game. it's everyone thats done it since and is going to do it again that need to see this.

  • @jacksimmons77 Well you went and missed the point somewhat didn't you.

  • @MrFuzzyGreen That the only way to get UKFC funding is to make a "gritty" film based on social and racial stereotypes. He did that before it was the done thing to do, you could argue it is because of their success that they now want that style. And he's has now moved on to make some totally different films. Its the people who have kept making them and are going to keep making them that really need to see this.

  • @jacksimmons77 Well Cameron seems to think that all we need to do is 'make more successful films' We are certainly stuck in the loop of what little money there is going towards 'sure things' i.e plots that worked many times before. Confident quantities of cash in new ideas are what we need, badly. We will all delight and dance round the maypole when that happens. No gonna though is it.

  • Hysterical. SO good! :-)

  • Excellent. Needs more tits though.

    Just kidding.

  • Far funnier than anything i've seen in the major media lately, well done my opponent.

  • This is awesome!!!!XD

  • very good lads, well done!

  • Fucking brilliant. Well done.

  • It's about time someone said it - and what a brill way to do it!

  • Bloody hilarious, and well executed.

  • Daniel Goodward deserves an Oscar.....

  • Spot on

  • Hats off to Kevin Curtis - the voice of the great unfunded!

  • Little close to the bone there, brilliant stuff.

  • love it!

  • You had me at the cockney accent.

  • There's only one British feature that's an alternative to all this guff, and that's Diary of a Bad Lad

  • You had me at titty bar...

  • love it, nice too see the nymphs most comical side too

  • awesome!
