Very good , i use to do it this way now hope forward with both feet leaving the ground keeping my balance on my hands and place both feet into the chairs. more quicker, flashier.
I made this video because there are photos of me on the wall in the studio where I am on a couple of chairs. No one every asked "How do you get up there?". I am in various stances in these photos. Also, it is less boring to watch!
I know what you mean. I also do punches and strikes with my hands when in the chair split. It helps get your mind off of the strain and exertion. You are inspiring doing this at your age. Thank you for sharing !! :D

why do you do the Stances while your in splits?
1. to look cool?
2. to get your mind off the splits?
3. just because u like way it feels?
You've got alot of flexibility.

i was having trouble figuring how to get up on chairs at beggining you will probly help someone by making this vid.
