Jones worked at WB, and later, MGM (he did a lot of the later Tom & Jerry shorts in the 1960s), and brought "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" to animated life.

Tashlin & Clampett aren't bad directors, though.

Isadore "Friz" Freleng was a distant second to Jones, but the worst at Termite Terrace by far was Bob McKimson.
