Actually,her last match was in December in Milwaukee defending her championship,this was in June and she didn't even announced her retirement until November.

I was in the front row at this June 9, 2007 GLCW show. I am the dude wearing the TNA X Division T-Shirt and valiantly cheering for Traci Brooks. Even though she ragged on me for yelling "F*** her up Traci" and such, she still performed in the most entertaining and well done match of the card. That statement does not hold true only because Traci is gorgeous, but her and Luna worked hard and took some damn good bumps.
