@HAT97Snipes Hey, man! They're PZs. That's cool that you're coming here for State Wars.. didn't know it was held in St. Louis this year. I made the State Wars Missouri team the first year it was out but I gave up my spot to a friend who wanted to go much more than I did.
im using a 6.0 rbk xpulse, but im thinking of the rbk 9k or simmons 996 or 996 matrix. i hear they are awesome, and good price. ive been using windows live movie maker, it works good. thx for your help buddy.
@laxkidd110 Yeah, I use the vented helmet strap. What I do is attach the straps to the back of the netting on each side of the center post, securing it tightly to the middle post about half way up.
Hey, man! The GoPro video might be too large or too long to put on YouTube. I generally edit my videos down to just show the saves (and sometimes goals) since that takes up less time (under the 10 minute YouTube max). You might try Windows Movie Maker to edit the files down, though I don't know much about the program since I don't use it. Hope that helps!
Hey dude, just wondering if you could help me again ;) I have transferred video from my gopro into a few files on my laptop. But I cant edit them, or even transfer them onto youtube?? One section of file is 24min....like a whole games worth.....I've tried using some from free editing software, but same problem, cant upload my gopro files? I made one video, but its only with pictures.....thanks agian for your help
I picked up gopro 960 today, it came with a helmet strap. However I cant figure out how I can strap it to the center post like you? I want to try it tomorrow night, but I need to figure out how I can mount it in the net..mmmmm If you can expalin it to me that would be very nice. Thx Bud :)
@beastlygoalieman39 LOL I know.. when I was watching the video I was like, "Really.. where did that come from?" I do play a largely hybrid style.. you can see areas where I'm a very Quebecois butterfly, but in other ways I stand straight up and occasionally do saves like that. Crazy stuff.
@zynesthete Yeah i wish i could do some of the jimmy craig stuff but I'm a real big guy for my age and i don't really have the balance yet so i stick to the butterf;y style
@number5ful It's called a GoPro HD, and you can get them at Best Buy or off of Amazon (which is the best price). Get the helmet package, which has a protective case that straps to the back of the net.
@DCShoesSkater Haha, yeah! The stick used to match my old pads, which were silver, red, and black. I had a couple of that pack left over, so I spraypainted them white and then put a finish on them that's been great at protecting the paint. Have a new pack of sticks in black on white to match these pads coming from Sher-wood.

@23JillyBean Thanks! It was a quick pass out to the top of the circle/side of the slot for a one-timer slapshot. I was lucky enough to get my glove on it, and just felt I didn't have it right as it rolled behind me. Fortunately I got my glove on it just as the forward realized it got behind me, too. Best save of the night right there.
@Shif7ehVids They're 34"+2" and they're completely pro spec. The color combo is white/white/white weave, giving only the design the weave while the rest is regular white. The leg pads have the single strapping combo, and the catching glove is the 60 degree angle, not the regular 90 you often see. I absolutely love this gear.. already the best I've ever had. (Previously I wore Koho 560s, Koho 590s, RBK Premier Is, and Reebok Premier IIIs.)
@Shif7ehVids Absolutely, these are Revokes. This is the Advanced level, the highest amateur adult level and league in the area. We're a middle-of-the-standings team, and the team we played was a bit under us.

@number5ful It has a hard, thick plastic case that protects it. I've had it hit a good 3-4 times and it still works perfectly!
