A experienced pianist can learn anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. I practiced off an on for about two weeks. If I don't practice a particular piece for, say, two months, it'll take me a few hours to get my "feel" back and play it. So, I try and rotate my music every so few weeks so I won't lose my touch. Other experienced piano players have better music retention than I do. So, it all depends on you.
You are deaf!? Can you feel the vibrations? I loved this video it sounds great!

first of all, this sounds awesome.
But I still have a few questions as a beginner on the piano.
Do you really read that fast? (sorry can't see if you are watching your hands/sheets) Or is it muscle memory.
How long does it took you as a very experienced player to learn a piece like this?
What about pieces you learned and didn't play for like, months.. or maybe even years. Do you need to re-learn them?
Thanks :)
