If you go to the Virginia Courts Case system and do a search on any letter of the alphabet for traffic/criminal cases in Arlington county, you will find that the overwhelming number of people charged have ethnic names that don't sound anglo-saxon.

How is that possible when Arlington county has grown more white over the years while surrounding counties have grown more ethnically diverse? The police disproportionately enforce the law under any pretense against people of color in Arlington.
