@gjvgy Well, if we're going to get all technical, holding a single weight above ones head would also engage the shoulder on that side and the core to stablize the weight and your torso, therefore making your workout more efficient. And no one is saying lift as much as Kane over ur head, that'd just be silly!
@gjvgy Any exercise is dangerous if not done properly. Kane obviously can handle it. He's just offering a variation of a popular exercise for advanced lifters.
