    Not deliberate. I was having a little more difficulty stepping back with the left leg.

    I injured it back in 2007 while throwing a tennis ball of all things. That was the right shoulder. And in December of 2009 I injured the left shoulder while doing a power snatch.

  • @gjvgy Well, if we're going to get all technical, holding a single weight above ones head would also engage the shoulder on that side and the core to stablize the weight and your torso, therefore making your workout more efficient. And no one is saying lift as much as Kane over ur head, that'd just be silly!

  • @gjvgy Any exercise is dangerous if not done properly. Kane obviously can handle it. He's just offering a variation of a popular exercise for advanced lifters.
