  • Why didn't wash gal dishes before doing this recipe

  • and why didn't you melt the butter?

  • can you use regular flour?

  • its so nice :D

  • Some Lurpack Butter... LOL you don't actually need Lurpack, any brand will do, as it's all Butter ffs.

  • lovely jubly!!!!!!

  • oooh yum yum

  • My God, get a decent mixer!

  • i love this hopee you look at my page the 2nd emmymadeinjapan-maddie made in england;)

  • to slow, not very reliable...

  • I did that but my cake seems white and soft after an hour at 200 degrees which is the lowest temperature in my oven... what to do???

  • Most chefs over-complicate otherwise-simple recipes. But you have managed to keep it simple. Therefore hats off.

  • It came out delicious! I shared this cake with my family and friends and they love it! Thanks :)

  • good job.. seems very delicious :)

  • it look like throw up at first :(

  • you know you can just make banana milk and just get an egg ang flour

  • hehe I love British accents

  • The narrator is the cooks assistant and the cameraman...oh and taster. Is this a school project? Oh "use 1 babyspoon of baking soda". Thise machines also called mixers could be found for £6.99(a cheap one) in the shop. Banana colouring isn't necessary, use vanilla extract. That kitchen looks like a students' dig. Anyway, good and simplified but you could have cut the cake for us to see how it turned out inside. I guess the narrator couldnt wait to go demolish the cake.

  • Thank you so much, I think I saw God

  • This can t be a cake and with the bananas insidee :S:S:S...hahahah and the dishes plase clean them--this video can't make me belive that this is a tru cake--maybe is good butt iii i will not try it(sorry if my english isn't well:D

  • I THINK IM GONNA PUKE.. NOT THANK YOU! :D

  • thanks alot for letting us know how to make a banana cake . i just learn and i am going to make it inshallah. brilliant instruction >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • omg the bananna look sick

  • OK i know that what I'm going to say is kinda harsh but you need to know why cut the banana just mash it and save time? and use dry measuring cups instead of wet measuring cups and also you supposed to mix all your wet ingredients then the dry and its banana bead not cake just because you made it in a cake pan doesn't make it a cake get it right and its not banana color its banana flavor kinda like an extract wtf were you thinking omg ok i let it out wow i feel so mush better

  • Why use baking powder when you use self raising flour ??

  • Thanks a lot !!! .... I tried making this cake at home ,,,, it was very delicious ....

  • I made it today and spreading smooth peanut butter on the top was the best thing i've ever done. Please try it...its's absolutely scrummy!!!!

  • @invaderrekon can you tell me the different between banana cake and banana bread? i thought it was same.,

  • I like the teamwork,, but whos goin to do the dishes??? Lol

  • do you know what can be used as a substitute for baking powder?

  • wow nice lookn cake, I'm going to try this today.

  • Looked good and tasty :)

  • your sink looks gross but other than that u r good nice voice i like the way u say banana

  • what's the difference of self-raising flour and normal flour?

  • @candiixutau self raising flour has baking powder added to it while the normal flour does not

  • @candiixutau self- raising flour has baking in it already while normal/plain flour or all purpose flour you has no baking in it so you must add baking to the flour before baking. thanks

  • can i use dermerera sugar instead

  • how about if i won't put baking powder.. what will happen??

  • @nykeeenoelleeee Well i heard that baking powder helps make baked goods rise.... so i guess it wouldn't really rise as much without it?? But since if you use self-rising flour, it should rise still. But i'm not too sure LOL.

  • i make one, and soooo good =))

  • i broke two of these machines while mixing :(

  • As I promised you to let you know how my cakes turned out , I want to tell that I made it today and I liked its taste so much but I have a question because it was the first time I made it ;Does the cake remain soft and moisturised from inside or it should be totally dry because mine remained full of moisture although it was cooked from the top and bottom as well?

  • Can you please tell me why it is not good to open the oven when the cake is cooking?

  • hi there - the cake becomes flat, and doesn't rise - good luck

  • Thank you very much for your quick reply.I am going to make it today and I will let you know.

  • Can I use hand blender instead of mixer ?

  • of course - does the same thing really...let me know how it goes!

  • a tip is that when your measuring with teaspoons or tablespoons, over flow it abit, then using a knife while holding over the packet of flour, flaten it out.

  • is the food coloring necessary?

  • no - can be make lovely without

  • Is the colouring that important..?? n _n

  • what would you do with rotten bananas - throw them away - NO - make a banana cake - enjoy

  • looks delicious, but can you tell me how much 1 cup is in milliliters? there's no such thing as cups in europe :-)

    keep up the good work!

  • Way to go! Easy recipe with easily found ingredients. Keep up the good work!

  • Wow, too much mixing. Wont it get overmixed?

  • Do you have to preheat the oven ?

  • is the bannana essence important? coz i dont have any atm :P

  • no worries - the essence, gives it that magical taste, but if you don't have it, will still be nice.

  • This is so wrong!!!! didn't mean that!!! but you see, I think you should have melted the butter first before putting it in the mixture!!!! And here's one more thing. The tablespoon you use wasn;t really a table spoon.... You guys did a great job it's just that you don't have measuring spoon or the right measuring cup. the measuring cup you use is for liquids. I'm sorry and congrats!!!!

  • are there different measuring spoons for both dry ingredients and liquids????????????? oh my god, i had no idea!
