berrettas are cool untile you drive somthing else then you realize your and idiot for thinking that. there reliable cars i beat the piss outa mine and it never gave me a major problem but they just have no balls
That was kinda nice, but fail on the reverse part. And don't turn the damn thing into a rice burner, it's an American car! Keep cars the way they are. Anyway, if any of you have a Beretta, you know that the doors are crazy long, so do any of you know where to get butterfly doors for these? Can't find a kit, and I live in a city where ppl like to park 2 inches away from you, so this would be nice, thanks
I KNOW, I don't want to, but I might need to. Just the other day, a white car was parked next to me(my beretta is black)and I accidentally tapped it because of the long doors. Shows up like crazy.
It just cracks me up when I see this. Its like every kid will put more into a system, rims, exhaust, etc that individually cost more than the car its self! Its so fast and furious of you! LMFAO
i have a beretta indy 500 pacecar, and never need to hit reverse to burn out thru 3-4 gears... its all about the transmission and the power at the wheels, I have about 200 hp at the whells, but my car came stock with the getrag 5 speed muncie sport transmission, so it has more pep than the auto
does anyone here know that the beretta was at one point going to replace the f-body(camaro,firebird), or that there was a 600+hp twin turbo all wheel drive prototype.
I remember how an experimental Lumina was being worked on in 1987. They were going to have an all wheel setup in it too, with a 5-speed tranny and 5.0L GEN II-S V8 juicing out 285 horsepower with 280 lb-ft of torque. That would have been a beast among Luminas.
i have a 1995 z26 w/ the 3.1! Excellent car! I wouldn't ever want to sell it. it has 165 HP and 185 ft lbs of torque. Its only been beaten once in the 1/4 mile and that was by a Honda turbo civic. Its basically because itll launch off the line like a striped ape!
95 Z26s came with the 3100SFI, NOT the 3.1MPFI. They were ONLY mated to a 4T60-e automatic, unlike the 3.1's optional 5-speed. And it had 155hp/180lb-ft STOCK from 95-96, despite the addition of roller rockers.
My 94 Z26 had 160hp/185lb-ft with its stock 3100, but I wish I had gotten the optional Quad 4 engine instead (only offered for Z26s that year). But my modified 3400 in it now has an estimated 210hp/195lb-ft, so I'm happy... for now. ;)
By the way, one-wheel burnouts FTL! Get an LSD! :D
where can i get that spoiler at?
