Barrow Cheese drops off mobs (not quite sure what exactly) in the Bree rep dungeon in the southern barrow downs. Make sure you have a min friend with you until it's effects wear off though ;D

that armor is actually just normal purple world drops, i didn't have any helegrod stuff at that point and the rift wasn't released yet!

Get other players to /cheer at you 100 times.
You can only advance it 5 times every 24hours.
So it takes at least 20 days.
There is also 12 titles and several other emotes, such as /flip, /juggle, /swordsalute, and /heropose.
There are also hidden titles for eating certain foods.

you get the tilte "foolish" for eating a barrow bree cheese, which i think instantly kills you or something.does it notify you when you have fulfilled the deed? or does it remain hidden like when you are trying to get the deed?

Yeah that cheese gives you a title for eating it ("the Unwise"), but it usually won't kill you unless your regen is just horrible. Get a minny to keep ya alive, or just logout after you eat it!
There are also titles for eating just normal player made foods such as "Breakfast Connousieur", "Vegetarian", and "Carnivore".
They do stay hidden until you complete them, then they show up in the Race & Social part of your deed log.
