@Undertaker3879 It's in Manchester. This part of the street is restricted, only the buses can come in. So the city embedded these mobile pins to prevent motorists to sneak and/or park in those areas. The buses send a signal to some electronics to pull down the pins. Once a bus has passed, the pins go up automatically, whether there's something following the bus or not…
